Our M&A Validation Service is designed to give you a full understanding of the Regulatory Compliance status of the target institution. The service starts with an Full Independent Review of the Complete BSA/AML Program and finishes with interviews and testing of key Compliance Personnel.
We will rate the Program and Key Personnel against what we have seen in over 40 other institutions. These ratings of personnel are our opinions of Attitudes, Aptitudes and Level of internal support given. If there is a Regulatory Issue we will find it, and give you direction on what needs to be done to resolve the issue. |
